numbah two present!
this is a birthday present for my best bud  , who is just as in love with twilight as i am... big surprise, huh.  we're both very impatient for the movie to come out, and i for one am apprehensive. it's obvious from the available trailer, behind the scenes stuff, etc. that they're not staying completely true to the book and making changes that fall under the category of californication rather than necessary. discontinuity, especially the useless kind, genuinely angers me, so i'm not expecting to be overly pleased with the movie. the only thing i'm really excited for is robert pattinson as edward. i think he will be fantastic.  aaanyway, long story short, cj and i both love rob... or should i say spunk ransom  ... in the role, so here's a portrait of him referenced from at least eight photos because i'm a masochist who refuses to do the easy thing and copy a single existing image. still though, i really enjoyed doing this! i need to do realism more often... and i do seem fond of painting sparkly edwards.  stars and sparkles brushes from [link] cracked wall brushes from [link] |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
